Midwest Electric Loans Ergo Desktop $100,000

CELINA, Ohio (WOWO): A company out of Celina is receiving a loan from Midwest Electric. Ergo Desktop will get $100,000 for economic development.  The company makes adjustable desktops that let employees stand while working. It is building a 23,000-square-foot manufacturing and office facility. With the expansion, the company will add 4 employees to their current 18-employee workforce. The Midwest Electric revolving loan fund was started in 2005 with a $300,000 grant from USDA Rural Development. Since it began, the RLF has made six loans to rural communities and small businesses totaling $665,000, supporting 43 jobs.
