Non-Disclosure Agreement Controversy

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) — Two Democratic lawmakers are criticizing the use of non-disclosure agreements in an Indiana working group reviewing autism therapy services.

Reps. Maureen Bauer and Victoria Garcia Wilburn say the NDAs hurt transparency.

The state agency says they protect honest discussion.

A draft report is expected in September, with a final version in November.
