NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WOWO): A single vehicle crash on I-469 near New Haven has claimed one life.

Authorities say a Chevy S10 Pick up truck rolled on Parent Road, pushed through a guardrail into an embankment.

The impact forced the pickup to roll into the south bound lane of I-469 near mile marker 22.

Police say the man was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity has not been released.

Traffic was tied up in that area for nearly two hours.
