FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – An adult male victim is in life-threatening condition after being struck by a vehicle Sunday morning in Fort Wayne.

Police say it happened around 3 a.m. at the intersection of Engle and Smith Roads. The driver called to report the incident and stayed on scene.

The incident remains under investigation, but alcohol is not believed to be a factor in the crash.
