Children who either have no health insurance or are on the Hoosier Healthwise program can visit the following locations for their vaccine:

·        Friday, Jan. 11, from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. at the Carew Medical Center, 1818 Carew St., Fort Wayne

·        Monday, Jan. 14, from 1 – 5 p.m. at the K21 Health Services Pavilion, Conference Rooms A & B, 1515 Provident Drive, Warsaw

Recipients must be free of asthma, diabetes, seizures, heart conditions or other chronic conditions.
