Pepper Spray Causes Goodwill Store Evacuation


  INDIANAPOLIS (AP) _ An Indianapolis Goodwill store has been evacuated after fire officials believe a donor dropped off a box that had pepper spray in it.
 
  Hazardous materials crews were called to the store near the Lafayette Square shopping mall on the city's northwest side Wednesday afternoon on a report of a possible chemical spill creating an odor in the building. Crews say 12 employees inside the store were treated at the scene for sore throats and headaches
 
  Pike Township Fire Department officials tell WISH-TV  they believe a donor dropped off a box with pepper spray in it.
 
  Goodwill Industries International Inc. accepts donated clothes and household items and resells them to help fund job-training programs and employment placement services for people with disabilities and others.
