FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) — If four of the defendants in the May 30 attack of a man at Pikes Pub, thought things couldn’t get much worse – they were wrong.

Prosecutors have added a criminal organization activity charge to the four men’s existing charges of battery causing serious bodily injury and misdemeanor criminal recklessness.

If convicted, they could face longer prison sentences.

The four are scheduled to return to court August 18 for a status hearing.
