Police Arrest Suspect in Kendallville CVS Robbery

KENDALLVILLE, Ind. (WOWO): Police have arrested the man who's accused of robbing a CVS Pharmacy in Kendallville.

Around 5 p.m. Monday, police were called to the CVS Pharmacy on the 200 block of W. North Street. Employees told officers that a man wearing a gray shirt over his head went to the counter and demanded drugs.

Police were able to locate 37-year-old Matthew Hisey a short distance from the store, with the help of local citizens.

Hisey was taken into custody and was held on a preliminary charge of Robbery at the Noble County Sheriff's Department.

Bond is expected to be determined at a Wednesday hearing.
