LEBANON, Ind. (AP): A forensics expert is disputing a former Indiana state trooper's story that DNA tests on blood on his clothing came from his son, as he told investigators.

Sergeant Dean Marks told jurors Thursday DNA analysis reveals that eight blood dots on David Camm's T-shirt belong to his 5-year-old daughter Jill.

Camm's lawyers have maintained throughout two previous murder trials that the blood got onto his shirt when Camm attempted CPR on his 7-year-old son Bradley.

Defense attorneys say the initial blood tests were made by an inexperienced scientist who had never been trained in blood spatter analysis.

Camm is charged with killing Kimberly Camm and their children in September 2000, about four months after he resigned from the state police.

He has been convicted twice, but both verdicts were overturned.
