NATIONWIDE, (WOWO) — Gas prices have jumped twice in the past two weeks but industry experts are not surprised.

Patrick DeHaan said the near 50 cent per gallon increase we saw across the Fort Wayne market was due to a normal price cycle as well as the run-up to the switch to summer blended gas.

Prices should begin to drop over the next 7-10 days provided there are no unforeseen disruptions.
