Red Cross Opening Emergency Shelter in Wabash

WABASH, IN (June 29, 2015) — The American Red Cross will open an emergency shelter this afternoon in Wabash, Indiana due to increased river levels and the potential for flooding. The shelter will be located at Wabash Christian Church, 110 W. Hill Street in Wabash. People who come to use the shelter are encouraged to bring the following items:

Pillow and sleeping bag (for added comfort on our cots) 
Personal medication 
Personal hygiene products

The shelter will open at approximately 2:30 p.m.
