A bomb threat by a person claiming to be the Joker was phoned into the WOWO Newsroom.  It was 7 this morning when the phone rang and the person on the other end was disguising his voice to sound like the Joker from the Batman movies.  He stated that he had planted 3 bombs in Wayne High School and then hung up.  Within seconds of that call, we contacted Allen County Sheriff’s Deputies and informed them of what had happened.  They dispatched several emergency crews to the school, at about the same time the school was moving all of the students to the football field for safety reasons.  Deputies and school administrators searched the school and found nothing, the all clear was given and the students were allowed back go back in, about an hour after it started.
