STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Just after 7:30 Thursday night, emergency crews responded to SR 427 and CR 700 E in Angola for a semi-rollover. When they got to the scene, crews found the trailer, loaded with beans, in the ditch on its side. 67-year-old Carl Dargitz of Edon, Ohio, said he started coughing, and it effected his eyesight. He was uninjured. Crews worked for hours cleaning up the accident.
