ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) – Around 1,400 people in southern Allen County are without power this afternoon.

The Heartland REMC notified customers of an outage in the area due to substation issues. 

They’re asking customers to report their outages through the HREMC App.

They say crews are working to restore power, though estimated restoration times are uncertain.
