State Senate Approves $30B Budget, Some Tax Cuts

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO): The Indiana Senate has approved a $30 billion budget, as senators prepare for negotiations with House lawmakers. The Senate voted 38-12 last night to approve the plan. It includes a slice of the $500 million tax cut Gov. Mike Pence is seeking, new tax cuts for banks and others, and money for highway improvements.
