FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The newly formed Fort Wayne Police Department Vice and Narcotics Division isn't just on the streets, but also patrolling the web. On Tuesday, police arrested three women ranging in age from 18-24 in connection with soliciting prostitution.  Officials conducted an online investigation of internet advertisements for “escorts”. Anna Turnbow, Julie Freeman, and Chelsey Frazier were taken into custody yesterday, and each face prostitution charges.
