FORT WAYNE (WOWO): Three people are vying for a judge’s position on Allen Superior Court. Circuit Court Magistrate Craig Bobay, Superior Court Magistrate Jennifer DeGroote and Michael Michmerhuizen, a partner at Barrett and McNagny have been nominated to replace Superior Judge Dan Health, according to the Journal-Gazette. 

Now, its up to the Governor Mike Pence to make a decision in the next 60 days. 

Heath was appointed to fill a justice vacancy in family court when Justice Stephen Sims retired Friday.
