STEUBEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO): Two people are under arrest in connection with thefts over the last three months in Steuben County. Shawn Moore and Amanda Johnson, both of Hudson, Indiana, are both charged with receiving stolen property after being arrested Saturday morning around 4:30 A.M. Johnson is also charged with one count of fraud. The Steuben County Sheriff’s Department worked with Wells and Adams County Sheriff’s Departments to identify and locate the suspects in the numerous thefts from vehicles. The two have been detained in the Wells County Sheriff’s Department.
