FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Police have identified the victim in this morning's shooting as 26-year-old Austin Wade of Fort Wayne. The incident happened around 3:30 Thursday morning on N. Clinton Street near Coliseum. When crews arrived to the scene, Wade was found laying in the roadway outside his vehicle, and was taken to the hospital. He is now in serious but stable condition. Investigators have determined that the incident was not a random act of violence, and is being attributed to a transaction gone wrong between Wade and a yet-to-be-identified second party.
