UPDATE: New Haven Police Release Surveillance Photos from Bank Robbery

            


NEW HAVEN, Ind. (WOWO): New Haven Police have released surveillance photos from a robbery that occurred Tuesday afternoon at the Fifth/Third Bank in New Haven, located on the corner of Lincoln Highway and Green Street.

Shortly after 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, two men entered the bank and stated that this was a robbery. One of the suspects stayed in the main lobby while the other suspect jumped over the counter and ordered an employee to hand over cash.

After getting what they wanted, the duo ran out of the bank.

There were no customers inside the bank at the time of the robbery and no employees were injured. Although there were no weapons displayed one of the suspects had one hand in their jacket implying he was armed with a gun.

Both of the suspects are descried as black men. The first is said to be about 5’8 to 5’10 in height with a slender to medium build. He was wearing dark jeans, dark shoes, sunglasses, black hoodie with the hood up and a brown hat under the hoodie.

The second suspect is said to be about 6’3 to 6’6 in height with a slender to medium build. He was wearing dark jeans, dark shoes, a tan hoodie with the hood pulled up with a brown hat under the tan hoodie with a dark jacket over the sweatshirt.
