FORT WAYNE, Ind. (www.incnow.tv) – The Fort Wayne Police Department say the autopsy of a white male who was pronounced dead at the scene of a reported shooting Saturday morning in the 3000 block of McDonald Street has proven to be death by homicide

According to officials, the cause of death was from multiple gunshot wounds.

Positive identification has not yet been established. Police say the victim’s name will be released when the investigation is completely finished and the family has been notified.

The victim’s death marks the fifth homicide in Fort Wayne and Allen County in 2013.
