FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): An open forum with Department of Veterans Affairs officials got heated after audience members started to tell them of their problems.

Panel members wanted to keep the night orderly, but they weren't fully successful. The Journal Gazette says the crowd of nearly 100 people where mainly upset with the delivery of services provided and the medical care they've received. Some said they weren't treated with respect. Local VA officials vowed to follow up on the complaints and said they would try to resolve them.
