NORTH MANCHESTER, Ind. (WOWO): A 28-year-old Wabash woman was found dead Tuesday at a North Manchester gas station.

The North Manchester Public Safety Dispatch Center received a call from Casey’s General Store Tuesday, according to the North Manchester Police Department.

When officers arrived at the scene on West Main Street there was a dead woman in the store’s parking lot. The woman was identified as Kandi D. Brandt.

The Wabash County Coroner is assisting with the ongoing investigation. Police say an autopsy will be performed today.
