WILLIAMS COUNTY, Oh. (WOWO): Around 5:30 p.m. on Monday, the Williams County Sheriff's Office, along with US Marshall Service, captured a man wanted out of state.

46 year old Willie L. Bland Jr. was wanted on a felony warrant for rape in Richmond, Virginia. Police found him in Holiday City, Ohio and was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Correction Center of Northwest Ohio, located in Stryker.
