CHURUBUSCO, Ind, (WOWO): A three vehicle crash shut down US 33 near Churubusco for over a half hour Monday night.

22 year old Glen Williamson of Columbia City was driving northbound on US 33 and was unable to make a stop. He hit 22 year old Zachary Miller from Ligonier from behind and pushing him into oncoming traffic and into the path of a semi driven by Larry Wyatt. Wyatt and Williamson were not injured, but Miller was taken to Parkview North Medical Center for a possible fractured sternum.

The crash closed both directions of US 33 near CR 600 N while they were towing the vehicles out of the area.
