This installment of “What’s Good with WOWO”, our series focused on positive stories in your neighborhood, is a look at downtown Fort Wayne. City Councilman Geoff Paddock’s 5th district encompasses practically all of the downtown area, which has been a big focus for city officials looking to grow the city’s population, tourism, and economic well-being… but that focus is having an impact on surrounding neighborhoods as well.
