FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A wind advisory will be take effect at 1:00 P.M. Friday and go until 8:00 P.M. The advisory is in place for nearly all of Indiana. The National Weather Service predicts winds up to 30 MPH, with gusts up to 45 MPH. Forecasters say travel could become difficult and advise using extreme caution while traveling.
