FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Weather Advisory for Allen County and most of the listening area in effect from 5 p.m. Thursday through 10 a.m. Friday. Officials expect 1-3 inches of snow overnight, and say blowing snow will likely be a major problem Friday morning. Use caution when traveling.
