FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A woman is in critical condition at a local hospital after an accident yesterday. Police report that just before 5 yesterday evening, they were called to Winchester Road, near Shamrock, for a head-on accident involving 2 vehicles. When they got to the scene, police found two people trapped in one of the vehicles. It took about 25 minutes to get the driver out of the vehicle. The driver of the other vehicle was last listed in critical condition. All three people involved in the accident were taken to a local hospital-the other two were listed in stable condition. Investigators believe drugs or alcohol could be a factor in the incident, which remains under investigation.
