FORT WAYNE  (WOWO): A rare distinction for a local legend. WOWO’s Bob Chase has been awarded a key to the city this morning by Fort Wayne Mayor Tom Henry. It’s just the third time in the city’s history, a key has been extended. His career has spanned more than 60 years and has won a lot of honors. He says this one is special.

The city has also awarded keys to late Charles Redd, a former city council member and community activist; and Jane Avery of Community Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Indiana.
