WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO): A major Warsaw company is acquring an Arizona company.

Zimmer-Biomet has entered into an agreement to purchase Cayenne Medical Incorporated, according to Inside Indiana Business. Financial terms of the deal aren’t known yet, but the acquisition is expected to close sometime in the second quarter of 2016.

Zimmer is acquiring Cayenne to boost their sports medicine capabilities, on top of their medical device services. Cayenne Medical makes advanced soft tissue reconstruction solutions for knees, shoulders, and extremities.
