FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO) – A new restaurant will be opening early next year on St. Joe’s Center Rd. in the Riviera Plaza.

Mr. Sandwich, a sandwich, soup and salad shop, will be joining the area in late January or early February, according to 21 Alive News.

While it may appear as a gamble after several restaurants, including CoreLife Eatery, Cebolla’s Mexican Grill and Waffle Station, have closed over the last few months, the owner of Mr. Sandwich, George Bourounis, says he is confident and signed a 10-year lease.

Bourounis says customers can expect quality sandwiches, soups, salads and desserts.
