ALLEN COUNTY, Ind. (WOWO) — 34–year-old Deshawn Marquis Spencer had his initial hearing in Allen County Court – accused of raping a 16-year-old girl before forcing her to perform sexual acts with 12 men for money.

Spencer is charged with rape, promotion of child sexual trafficking, child exploitation, and cruelty to an animal after reportedly kicking a dog.

The victim told investigators she was forced to drink alcohol and inhale a white powder.

She also said that Spencer took nude photos of her and threatened to post them online.

Spencer is in the Allen County Jail.
