New Bill Aims To Establish Legal Limit For THC In Driver’s System

STATEWIDE, Ind. (WOWO) — The bill proposes that a driver would be considered intoxicated if they have at least five nanograms of THC in their saliva as detected by a qualified test.

Under current law in Indiana, a driver could be charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated if any measurable amount of THC is detected in a suspect’s blood.
