Indiana State Police are investigating a head-on crash in DeKalb County that killed one person this morning.  It happened around 8:30A on State Road 1 just north of the Allen/DeKalb County Line.  

State Road 1 was shut down for hours while the crash was investigated.  The road has since opened to normal traffic flow.
