A Columbia City man is behind bars after allegedly touching a 3-year-old girl in an inappropriate manner.  Kosciusko County Sheriff’s deputies were called to a home in Claypool on Monday evening.  The girl’s mother said  that she and a friend had gone shopping and left two children, including the victim, in the care of Zachery Walsh.  The suspect reportedly confessed to touching the child during questioning and was arrested and charged with child molesting or touching a child under the age of fourteen.  Walsh is currently being held in the Kosciusko County Jail on a $100,000.00 bond.
