WARSAW, Ind. (WOWO) – A second Warsaw woman has been arrested in connection with the alleged abuse of a 4-year-old.  The child’s mother was arrested earlier this week.  Sheriff’s deputies went to the home of 30-year-old Jolene Swihart yesterday and placed her under arrest for allegedly kicking the child who is at the center of the investigation.  Swihart has been charged with battery resulting in serious bodily injury.  She was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail where she was being held on a $5,000.00 bond.
