INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. (WOWO) — Travelers at the Indianapolis International Airport will soon have more low-cost options.

Starting June 18th, Avelo Airlines will join Indy’s roster as its 12th passenger carrier.

The airline will offer twice-weekly nonstop flights to Concord, North Carolina, and New Haven, Connecticut.

Airport officials say these new routes fill a major gap for East Coast travelers, bringing the total number of nonstop destinations from Indy to a record high of 57.
