Columbia City Football Player Released from Rehab Hospital

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Sam Dailey, the senior Columbia City High School football player who suffered an acute head injury during a football game in August, has been released from a Fort Wayne rehabilitation hospital. The injury he suffered caused a blood clot to form on his brain. According to a page set up for Dailey, he has been released from a rehab hospital. The website, www.doitfordailey.org, gives updates on Sam and ways to help with medical bills for his family, like upcoming fundraisers. The site says he will receive three hours of therapy a day in Fort Wayne.
