SYRACUSE, Ind. (WOWO): The trick this Halloween might be in the form of miserable weather.

Forecasters with the National Weather Service say there's potential for miserable weather Thursday.  Michael Lewis with the National Weather Service says we could see thunderstorms Wednesday night and stretching into Thursday during the day and evening. 

Some of those storms could be strong or severe.  Lewis says, “timing is critical.”
