FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): We now know the name of the victim who was fatally hit by a vehicle Tuesday night. 59-year-old David Niblack, of Fort Wayne, was hit by a vehicle and pinned under it on Stellhorn Road, near Woodway Drive, just after 7:00 P.M. Niblack was taken in critical condition to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead. Witnesses say it happened when Niblack was crossing the road. The driver was uninjured. Investigators do not believe drugs or alcohol played a role in this incident, but the investigation continues.
