FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man faces several drug-related charges after a meth bust near the city’s downtown. Officers with the Allen County Warrants Division were serving a search warrant Wednesday at a home on High Street when they found two meth labs, chemicals precursors to make meth, and over 10 grams of meth. 28-year-old Travis Summers was taken into custody and faces the following charges:
Violation of probation
Manufacturing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school
Possession of methamphetamine
Possession of 2 chemical reagents (precursors)
Maintaining a common nuisance
Police report another meth lab was found this week. Officers were serving a warrant at Cass Street near N. Wells St. on Monday when they found the chemical precursors to make meth. 30-year-old Korin Forrest of Angola was taken into custody and faces the following charges:
Manufacturing methamphetamine
Possession of methamphetamine
Possession of 2 chemical reagents (precursors)
Possession of paraphernalia
