FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Weather continues to be an issue in the Fort Wayne area. The national weather service has issued a winter weather advisory beginning at 1:00 P.M. Tuesday and continuing through 10:00 P.M. Tuesday night. Light snow will intensify, as will blowing and drifting snow as winds pick up. Some roads could become difficult to drive on. Motorists are also advised to be cautious of low visibility.

The advisory includes Allen, Whitley, and Kosciusko Counties, as well as counties north of Fort Wayne and into northwest Ohio.  Forecasters are especially watching areas north of US 6 where as much as 1 to 2 inches could fall.
