HUNTERTOWN, Ind. (WOWO) — The Allen County Sheriff’s Department is investigating a shooting that left one person seriously injured Friday night in northwest Allen County.

Police and medics were called around 10:30 p.m. to the 15000 block of Continental Drive in Huntertown on reports of a shooting, according to WANE 15.

The Sheriff’s Department said three people were involved in the incident, but only one person was injured. That person was last reported to have life-threatening injuries but was not believed to be in imminent danger of death.

Authorities said there is no ongoing danger to the public.
