(WOWO): With numerous slide-offs, crashes, and white-out conditions in the Fort Wayne area throughout Thursday morning, Indiana State Police are asking drivers to use extra caution on the roads. Ron Galaviz, spokesman for the Indiana State Police, says drivers should not call local law enforcement agencies to find out about current road/weather conditions but instead go to http://www.in.gov/isp/2332.htm. State Police also advise drivers to leave extra space between them and other vehicles.
