FW Man Charged with Dealing Marijuana for Second Time

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): A Fort Wayne man is arrested for dealing marijuana. Monday, Fort Wayne police units served a warrant at a home on W. Williams Street on the city’s southeast side. During the search, police found a bag of Spice, along with paraphernalia, and 19.8 grams of marijuana. 32-year-old Aaron Capatina was not home at the time of the search but was found at work and arrested. He faces charges from this warrant as well as one from November of 2012.

*Maintaining a Common Nuisance D-Felony
