FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WOWO): Thursday, Mayor Tom Henry announced that Greg Leatherman has been promoted to director of community development for the City of Fort Wayne. Leatherman has almost 25 years experience in local government and business and for several years has served as executive director of the Fort Wayne Redevelopment Commission and deputy director of community development for the city. He’ll begin his duties as community development director immediately.
