HAMILTON, Ind. (WOWO): A Steuben County couple is facing battery and neglect charges.

Steuben County Sheriff’s Deputy arrested 29-year-old Christopher and 32-year-old April Wickherham of Hamilton were arrested Wednesday after an investigation revealed they allegedly mistreated a six-year old in their care.

Both face felony charges of neglect and battery to a dependent. They are held without bond.
