WABASH, Ind. (WOWO): Heads up, the City of Wabash and the Town of North Manchester will participate in the statewide tornado drill Thursday. The first will be issued around 10:30 A.M. and the other around 7:30 P.M. Emergency Management officials say to review severe weather procedures while at home, work, or school when you hear the siren.
