UPDATE: Storm Kills Two People in Northern Indiana

INDIANA, Ind. (WOWO): Police in northern Indiana say Tuesday morning's storms are to blame for the death of two people.


Kosciusko County Dispatch confirms that a teenager died after a tree fell on his home. It landed on the front section of a mobile home in Winona Lake just after 1:00 a.m., Tuesday. Residents say the teenage boy who died was between the ages of 13 and 16 years old. His name has not been released pending notification of relatives.


Meanwhile according to KPC News, a man was killed when a tree fell on his home at Big Long Lake in LaGrange County. Emergency crews were called to the home at 2:07 a.m., Tuesday. Once there they found the man dead on the scene. Police have not released the man's name.
